Ervin Heinrichs is the most talented guy I've ever known. He can make just about anything out of nothing. Give him a scrap heap and he will make a thing of beauty. Case in point, 'Erv's Rat Rod'.
What is Rat Rod made of? This one is made of a 1948 Dodge
truck cab, 1956 Chevy frame, 1992 Buick motor, and a lot of parts and
pieces that most people would have seen as scrap..... including a Jack
Daniels whiskey bottle now used for the radiator overflow. The
Dodge cab is chopped 4 ½ inches. The original bullet holes (near
the door handle) were left intact. The chrome grill and custom
'Rat Rod' rear bumper were hand made by Ervin.
